Shopped with Lara the other day! She was not only incredibly helpful but a lot of fun to chat with. I had a hard time choosing which pieces to buy because they were all fabulous!
what a delightful shopping experience with a staff that is so cordial and helpful . Then quality of merchandise is great and yet, the prices are affordable. If you are in e Charlottesville area you must experience this shop and sayn"hello" to Carey and Laura and Cynthia!! Meredith
Miss Lara was so so nice to me and my daughters shopping in a rush for a wedding. She has beautiful things and was so courteous. She stayed open a little late to accommodate us in our hurry.
Owner is quite rude, return policy is ridiculous and everything appears to be very cheaply made and WAY overpriced for what it is. Each time I went (forced to go twice and call once due to return), the owner was aloof and rude. I will NEVER shop here again and will steer away everyone I know. There are so many wonderful, helpful shops on the mall, it is amazing to me that Spring Street has stayed in business.
