Founded by Cynthia Schroeder in 2002, Spring Street offers an array of clothing from around the country that exemplifies what today's intelligent woman wants: quality and value. Men are welcome too, with our extensive special accessory selections and gift certificates. As an official sponsor of Miss Virginia, Spring Street continues it's tradition of dressing her today.

So turned off by their TV advertising, I would never go in there. Seems like they are interested in using their ad time putting down their more successful competitors...hm. Pretty toxic.
Spring Street Boutique is a fabulous spot for affordable fashion. The owner stays current on everything from shoes, jewelry to handbags and rain gear! Great location on the downtown mall makes the shopping experience fun and easy to get to. Some of my favorite pieces have come from visiting over the years. A great place to shop!

I shop there for Christmas, birthdays, grad gifts. Last Christmas I got the wrong size and the owner treated me well! I really like them there.
