uhual – Very hands on, very customer friendly , extremly clean inside and out , and would recomend this facility to any one i know thats looking eaither for a truck rental or a storage unit to rent. For the staff i cant say thankyou enough for helping and being friendly and going out of their way to help thanks!
DON'T GO THERE!!!! – I'm sending a warning as a customer, they charged me double for my rental and then was rude to me. I had the paperwork to prove they overcharged me and that little punk Mike started arguring with me. I have been in customer service for 15 years and you don't treat customers that way. You listen calmy and try to resolve the matter to make both parties happy.
