They promised a dental implant would last 5 years. It lasted 4 months. They claim they have no liability--it is because I am older. When I asked them about it they referred me to a specialist in Austin. Which they should have done BEFORE they tried the implant. I don't think I ever had a positive experience at this practice. My very first appointment, a woman came in and started working in my mouth without introducing herself. I had no idea who she was. And it was downhill from there.
