We stored our RV at this facility for approximately 2 years. We bought some land and my husband gave sufficient notice to the staff with an approximate date that we would no longer need to store it there. He was told we would be prorated for the rest of the month and no longer charged. Well, we were not prorated and our debit card was charged for the monthly fee!
