Wow. This place is so awful. So sad to see the lack of care given here. I cannot believe what I've seen so far and my family member has been here less than 14days. I DO NOT recommend this facility to anyone.
This place is a dump. The profits are definitely going to those at corporate because it's definitely not being reinvested in the facilities. The 1 star rating given by the government inspections mirror the poor quality of this nursing home doesn't bode well for me. I wouldn't think twice about buying something from amazon with this rating so it seems most are completely unaware that their loved ones could be receiving much much higher care at another facility.
So far I am enjoying being in Spring River....lots of things to do....If you enjoy studying Gods word they have a great library...and the residents are fun to be around...I've made lots of new friends ....learning about all kinds of people... who love you back...
My mother-in-law tried a few assisted living facilities before coming to SRCV. Never have I seen or heard of anyone being so content living in a care facility like our mom. Honestly, I can’t recall anytime we’ve had to call with “issues” or complaints in 10+ years here. Yes - management has changed - but now in 2019, they continue to improve. She’s had many of the same caregivers and they are her family. Even now, with the additional care from Hospice, we could not be more pleased or grateful. We are truly blessed.
I need someone to work on the 8 for me I have to take my daughter to kc for a Dr appointment for her stumach.
