RecommendedThe Christian Village is a great place. They treat everyone like family.
You can start by hiring more staff so your nurses can give patients their proper care. You have good nurses, but when 1 RN and 1, maybe 2 CNAs are responsible for two full halls of people, no one can do their job right. You could hire people to clean the rooms. Ive been in my moms room for 5 days and not once did housevkeeping come into her room. The nurses come in with bleach wipes and wipe things down. Rude staff, orders Gators all the time and notoriously does not tip
RecommendedI can't put into words how amazing CPCV is. My Aunt moved in, in May 2019. She was a mess physically and mentally d/t being in another LTC facility. CPCV got her medications straightened out, she participated in therapy, and was strong again. She made new friends and participated in activities. She loved it at CPCV.
