Horrible Management just to list some of the problems we had with springpm. What bothers me is they are incentivized to penalize you for anything even when it's their fault. Harassed to pay a bill we did not owe. Towed our car after one day because our pass was not visable.. not a warning? yet they allow someone who moved out 6 months ago park at will Must be something going on between the towing company and PM This is how you treat a long term resident? We were told there was no maintenance charge then we were billed anyway... read more
I've lived and parked in the same spot for 2 years here, and apparently my parking pass fell ONE night, next morning my car was towed. Didnt even bother to check the tenants list (its registered on my lease) when I asked about it I was met with pure attitude from the front office. Not one to ever do this but are you kidding me!?
