They did not clearly explain the difference between rooftop parking and indoor parking, and later they charged me an additional fee saying that something was done incorrectly. It was very unpleasant

Was easy to find. The shuttles ran as advertised. They came and picked us up with minimum waiting We came home.
Parking garage offers extremely reasonable day price, the employees are very nice, and the shuttle doesn’t take too long. Overall a great option for parking, and it might be the best around. Definitely using spring parking again.
Lower cost alternative to SJC Airport parking, and they have been very reliable for all the times I've used them during the past couple months. Friendly and courteous staff as well.
