Terrible If i could give this place 0 stars I would. The apartments are infested with roaches, they "remodeled" but forgot to put 36 screws into the hinges of the cabinets. The toliet didn't work on move in day. They randomly shut off the water. Pest control came into my apartment unannounced. They dont take care of work orders until you complain to corporate.

Worst apartments Worst apartments. I moved in two months ago and ever since I moved in they’ve been having water issues. They randomly turn off the water. I’ve had the water turn off on me while I’m in the shower many times. The contractors that they have fixing the water don’t seem to know what they’re doing.

plz don't ever move to this Apartments House manager is really rude and disrespectful. And if you are military then plz don't come here. Whatever you do if they don't like it. They will call your SGT. Plz don't wasting your money Its really cold at winter time and really hot on summer time. They don't even have AC. It look good if you just go see but if you living then you will see this is worse apartment ever in my life Especially house manager with glasses. If she not work there they could keep more people She is Very RUDE

Great space and quiet! This apartment complex offers great floor plans, I've lived in their 1 and 2 bedroom units and they both have pretty good amount of space. Although it's close to the I-10, it's quiet through out the day and weekend. I've seen families with pets but hardly ever hear them. Since I've moved in the management and maintenance crew has changed and they have been professional and great! A lot of trees so there is plenty of shade but there is cottonwood trees for those of you that are allergic.

first off, the shut off the water all the time with no notice and hours at a time! The front desk women are VERY rude. Work orders take awhile to be completed. And not to mention the OVER charge you when you move. This was my first apartment and I HATED it. Do not move here!
Dear military, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Terrible utilities that don't last, always had to call in work orders security guards never did their job, My balcony feels like its going to collapse any second, The staff will do everything they can to convince you to move in and then they don't care anymore, Don't let the scenery fool you, They are the crappiest apartments in el paso.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!! DONT COME TO THIS ".... "!!!!!! .... LOOK FOR SOMETHING BETTER!!!
