Customer service is terrible with this company, was told one quote received another. Was told a guy would come out the day I called, I waited 3 days called back was told he would come out today. 5 o’clock comes around guy calls me stating he won’t be able to make it he can come back tomorrow. We setup a time for him to come back the following day, shows up a hour later than we scheduled. Just an all out mess this company is from the moment you call them.

Extremely sloppy installation. Complete lack of knowledge regarding products they are installing. It took multiple visits by three different crews before the work was halfway done. They used cardboard box material to fill the gap between the rails and the wall. Silverfish and other pests love cardboard. They could have used a better material. Most of the installers had bad attitudes. One smoked while working in my garage. Thankfully the last installer to come onsite gave it a decent shot at correctly installing the door, but... read more
