This is the 2nd time Spring Overhead door has come out to work on our garage door. Again did not disappoint. Got to us in a reasonable amount of time. Ben and Manuel did a great job repairing our door when we thought we would have. To replace it. Highly recommend Spring Ovethead Door.
Honest Review – Extremely Unprofessional Service I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. This is by far the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Dave, in particular, was incredibly difficult to work with—unreliable, rude, and completely disrespectful. They repeatedly missed scheduled service and installation appointments without any notice. Customer service is terrible with this company, was told one quote received another. Was told a guy would come out the day I called, I waited 3 days called back was told he would come out today. 5 o’clock comes around guy calls me stating he won’t be able to make it he can come back tomorrow. We setup a time for him to come back the following day, shows up a hour later than we scheduled. Just an all out mess this company is from the moment you call them.
