I've lived here for 3 years and its 1 of the best apartment renting experiences ive ever had. Christy has always made sure to take care of any situation ive had whereas they've always been minor. She's very professional and makes sure her tenants are taken care of. Her maintanance team is very professional as well thanks to those 2 guys I appreciate u. Thank you Christy if I could give u 10 stars I would.
We rented a town home in 2018 we lived there till 10/25. I can not stress how good Christi the property manager was to us! We called this home for many of years. The property was a bit dated. We installed new lights, and did small repairs as we went. She really let us be HOME! Simply recommend the company, if you’re looking for a place to rent or call home, you can’t go wrong with SPRING OAK PROPERTIES!
Christy is always super nice and very prompt to handle any issues. Would recommend to anyone that needs a great landlord!
Had a wonderful three years living a Spring Oak property. Maintenance requests were always responded to, the staff was friendly and prompt, and the home was incredibly affordable. I only moved proximity for work. Will always recommend them!
