I lived at a property managed by Spring Oak for a little over two years. The rental price was very good. There were some age related issues with the house, but nothing unreasonable. Maintenance was generally responsive. If you do do choose to rent with Spring Oak, don't be afraid to ask questions when things come up.
I lived there for about 5 years. The place was brand new and updated. I had minor problems while there that required me to contact the landlord or maintenace. The landlord was responsive, maintenance request were promptly completed. I really hated to move because they didnt overpriced you and only went up $25 each year but we simply outgrown the place and every neighbor we had smoked weed and I couldn't do take that weed smell anymore. I have lived here for over 3 years and have never had a problem. The app makes paying rent and work orders very smooth. Maintenance is on top of any and all repairs that need handled. Christy is the best landlady I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Very professional and friendly. Neighbors are all very quiet and everyone gets along nicely. Definitely gonna miss this place! Been renting here for multiple years and the only thing you can say that’s good is that it’s cheap, but with it being cheap, you’re getting exactly what you pay for. Along with a lackluster landlord who does poor jobs of managing damages and anytime you for god sake need her help is the most unprofessional and rude individual to work with. I cannot wait to move far far away and not be tired with Christy moon or her properties. I’ve heard multiple things even from companies contracted to inspect for her.
