RecommendedMy mom was a resident of Spring Oak for about seven years and it was a great experience for her and our family. My mom was happy living here, we knew she was cared for and the staff engaged with her. They hosted family events a couple of times a year - in summer and Christmas - and you could see how well engaged the residents were with each other and the staff. Spring Oaks is a top notch assisted living facility. My mother has been there for approximately 3 years and there care is second to none. If I have a question I can always contact someone in the Wellness Center...if I do not get someone "live" they always answer my message promptly. The Director is especially involved and is available for any concerns or questions. My mother made a great choice with Spring Oaks!
The aides are not willing to do anything above what they feel they should do, except for a few. Administration is absent.
