RecommendedJust bought a house at Spring Mountain Ranch and couldn’t be happier. The community is beautiful and the people have been amazing.
Love the area but hate the quality of the home. Issue after issue with our KB Home. Their lack of quality control continues to screw with us! Gas leak, broken cabinets, missing water connections and now no AC!
High property taxes. Also, be aware of the big electric bill that comes yearly as a result of the shortfall from your panels. Other than that it has been a great two years.
We love it here! So far so good!we made our move from North Fontana..couldn’t be happier. Secluded, quiet & serene!!
