It's clear most people here dont give a crap about the patients, or their job. The PM shift nurses have horrible attitudes, and act as if you are bothering them if you ask any questions. Day shift is hit or miss, there are a few nice people on day shift. If you can afford better do NOT send your loved one here. Absolutely horrible facility!
Food was always cold. Pain meds were always late. One day, I had to wait for over 2 hours for my pain meds, and my pain by then was at a 10! Way room was set up was AWFUL! Never again.
My mom was in rehab for about six weeks. She had great nurses and assistants. I don’t have everyone’s name but Daviana, Marantha, Ellen, Kay were all excellent. I want to acknowledge Jessica especially bc she was very good w my mom. Even went and bought her some clothes. I appreciate you all taking car of my mom!
