Food was always cold. Pain meds were always late. One day, I had to wait for over 2 hours for my pain meds, and my pain by then was at a 10! Way room was set up was AWFUL! Never again.
My mom was in rehab for about six weeks. She had great nurses and assistants. I don’t have everyone’s name but Daviana, Marantha, Ellen, Kay were all excellent. I want to acknowledge Jessica especially bc she was very good w my mom. Even went and bought her some clothes. I appreciate you all taking car of my mom!
Sharon and ALL her staff are amazing individuals that care about each and every individual in their wonderful facility. I highly recommend Spring Mill Meadows to all those whom have loved ones needing assisted living!!!
My mother stayed here for rehab. They were kind and caring. Would check on her often. The place was clean and taken care of . The only complaint is the food was average and cold.
