MS. KENYA HARRISON is an amazing nurse. She takes personalized care of my mom and alerts me whenever any blood reports are off or problematic. With Kenya by my mom's side, I feel a level of peace of mind that I rarely experience in care facilities. Thank you KENYA! MS. ROBIN is a Godsend of a nurse. She is very practical, thorough, and also uplifting. No job is too small for Ms. Robin, as she has a beautiful demeanor and powerful work ethic, on top of her prolific knowledge base.
08/24/25 UPDATE: The nursing staff here is truly phenomenal. Director of Nursing, Michelle A., personally checked on me to ask my family and me about any questions or issues I may have. This made me feel safe and cared for, which reduced my anxiety significantly. Assistant Director of Nursing, Tracy V., was very responsive to my daughter and assured my family that they would take great care of me and discharge me whenever I got better. UPDATE 8/5/25: The CNA, Dominique, is very helpful, kind, and efficient. We also love Nina who is very friendly and does so much for us with a smile. Additionally, the nurse/pharmacist, Talitha, is extremely intelligent and meticulous. She is always willing to help, and we can tell she is very knowledgeable about all medicines, policies, and procedures. They take great care of my wife, and we are extremely grateful to them. 7/15/25 UPDATE: I am still in Spring Mill for rehabilitation. The CNA, Lacresha Townes, has a tremendously caring personality. She is always uplifting, intelligent, and loving. She always comes when called. My family and I feel less depressed and overwhelmed by this current situation because of Lacresha, and that is a blessing.
