UPDATE 8/5/25: The CNA, Dominique, is very helpful, kind, and efficient. We also love Nina who is very friendly and does so much for us with a smile. Additionally, the nurse/pharmacist, Talitha, is extremely intelligent and meticulous. She is always willing to help, and we can tell she is very knowledgeable about all medicines, policies, and procedures. They take great care of my wife, and we are extremely grateful to them. 7/15/25 UPDATE: I am still in Spring Mill for rehabilitation. The CNA, Lacresha Townes, has a tremendously caring personality. She is always uplifting, intelligent, and loving. She always comes when called. My family and I feel less depressed and overwhelmed by this current situation because of Lacresha, and that is a blessing. If i could give 0 stars I would. Told my 87 year old aunt she had a balance and she could pay $25 a month. They took her whole social security check. They keep giving her the run around and are trying to not release the check back to social security so she can pay her bills. Close to losing her house because of this. Don't send your loved ones there!
My mom came from the hospital and was in Spring Mill for 3 days. In those 3 days her wounds on her arm and leg from a fall at home were not checked, or redressed. When my sisters and I arrived there to see her, the door to her room was shut in our face, they said they had to clean her up! Her room smelled of urine very bad! We asked to speak to a RN or supervisor and they did not have time for us. My mother had not brushed her teeth, been washed up, or even been up to use the washroom in 3 days! This is rehab!
