I am in Spring Mill for rehabilitation. I am deeply grateful for the nurses here. Also, I really appreciated speaking with Laura Nelson, the Business Office Manager. She was very kind and informative on all matters, even the tough topics. She patiently explained everything to my family, which was impressive. The nurse, Toy Stallins, gave phenomenal care to my elderly mother, who was admitted to Spring Mill after having a stroke. Toy checked on my mom every two hours while I was present and also after I left, even though I could see that she has a lot to do. Never did we feel neglected when Toy was on shift. She was very thorough and also compassionate. My wife is at Spring Mill for rehabilitation. Although I rarely write reviews, I had to break protocol to document the positive experience we had with the nurse, Shanetta W. She was truly spectacular to my wife, my daughter, and me. Shanetta has a vibrant smile and a very professional, intellectual demeanor without being condescending. More importantly, she puts up with my wife's many requests in a very patient, kind, familial way. This service is invaluable to our family. Thank you, Shanetta. May God continue to bless you.
The Spring Mill Health Campus nursing staff are very thorough and really provides immediate attention to their aging patients. The health care providers gave me a sense of security knowing my aunt is being taken care of by highly trained and skilled nursing staff members. I wish more facilities were like this one!
The facility is nice and the clean with a fresh smell, the staff are very nice and professional and proper. I like that they do show staff and residents appreciation.
