The Administration team is very compassionate and displays great customer service.
Very nice people
Kathy the receptionist is very nice. She greets me with a big smile every time I come to visit my sister. She is very helpful when I need directions in the facility. Kathy is the first face I see when I walk in. Her smile sets the tone.
