I have lived 2 years at Spring Mills Apartments. Jenny and staff are a great management team. Jenny is both kind and very responsive on any issue no matter how small. I strongly recommend Spring Mills Apartments to anyone new to the area.
Ac/heat constantly went out. Not having heat in winter was the worst.
I had a very pleasant experience meeting with Jenny & Brad today to discuss a potential rental property. Both Jenny and Brad were super friendly and accommodating on such short notice. Jenny literally went above and beyond with providing details of availability and ensuring all of questions were answered. Brad was very patient with us in answering all of questions while showing us around the property. Honestly, I do not understand why anyone would leave them a negative review. They were both a pleasure to meet!
I previously lived at Milestone in Williamsport, and relocated to Spring Mills apartments. The management company is the same for both properties. I have always had confidence in Jenny Cornell and her staff, to address all my questions and issues in a timely and professional manner. Jenny has always responded quickly, and I am impressed by her knowledge, decision making and her understanding, when dealing with our community. Very Unprofessional Rental Management. Our family has reached out to Jenny Multiple Times regarding to speak with her supervisor and we have been met with no responses and have been hung up on by after finally speaking with her. At this point we are not even so much concerned about not receiving our security back in full but more concerned about her management skills.
