I made a purchase of plants to gift to the local nursing home patients during Covid outbreak and patient isolation. Had plants delivered directly to the nursing home and when we had questions regarding shipping charges we were contacted by someone in management who told us we had never made a purchase with them??? Very rude management staff and when I called back with all the invoice information I was hung up on by them?? How are they being trained to treat their paying customers?
