Overcharged me for simple repairs! They charged the diagnostic fee even though they did the work. Do not go there! Rip off! Especially women.

This is a great place and they do a really great job. I’ve had a transmission, electrical problem and heating system service. Each time they did a wonderful job great customer service. I’m back again with a new car and I found out Carlos is not in as much. I felt bad but the guy that sits at the desk was really nice and he helped me. But I still will love to see Carlos. This place is awesome. My best friend niece was in Chicago and her Jeep started making noise. She was 500 miles from home. These guys got her in on Saturday and got her fixed so she could drive back home. Thank you guys, best place you can go.

Been doing business with Carlos for over 12 years now. Met him when he was just an employee. I'm glad I had his number which allowed me to follow him. Great service. No complaints. IMPORTANT... Leaving your car gives them enough time to accurately look over your problem with your car. And yes it's in good hands and it will be well taken care of. We live in a new day n age. Only people I trust with my cars--for over 10 years. They are honest, reliable, and also very conscious of everyone's means. They will let you know what should be fixed immediately and somethings worth considering but not necessarily urgent--along with a timeline.

If Carlos isn't at work.....LEAVE! I've been here since 830am. They told me it would be an hour. The inspection happened in 20 minutes. It was an hour before I was told by the clerk what was wrong with my car and the price. Another hour waiting for the parts without being told my car wasn't being worked on. Only to have them order the wrong part! Still waiting! Carlos where are u?
