I’ve lived in Spring Lake Garden Apartments for over 7 years. It’s quiet and the grounds are impeccably kempt. My one bedroom is spacious and very well maintained. Maintenance is very nice and timely. Our property manager is amazing! She’s so sweet and accommodating. By far my favorite place that I’ve lived and the refreshing large inground pool is a fantastic perk! 11 out of 10!!

I have resided here for almost 15 years and enjoyed every minute of it. The location is perfect for Jersey Shore living, a short ride to the beach and boardwalk, Spring Lake, Sea Girt, Manasquan , Belmar , Avon , Shark River Inlet and Asbury Park . I have lived at the Spring Lake Garden Apartments for about 11 years. Throughout the time I have lived here I have moved from a corner apartment without a balcony to an apartment with a balcony. Every space here is charming and the community feel makes living here hard to beat. The amazing staff that runs our little enclave of Spring Lake really keeps this place a "home like feel to it". This apartment complex is fantastic! They're always there when something needs to be fixed. They have 2 twenty-four hour on-call maintenance guys for emergencies. I would definitely recommend this complex.
