My roommate and I 100000% regret moving to this complex. We went by the "good" reviews and should have known better. Neither of us have gotten a full night sleep since we moved here a few months ago. The noise levels are incrediblely awful and we are only on the side with 2nd busiest road. SO WE GET CRAZY CAR REVVING NOISES OF SUPPED UP CARS OR TRUCKS FROM 4:30AM TIL 1AM DAILY. This place is a shithole. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Let me start out by saying, this is not the first time my husband and I have rented. Neither of us have ever had a bad experience with a landlord before, so we didn’t expect any of this. We’ve lived at the carriages for about a year and a half now. Our first place was infested with spiders and none of the appliances worked and despite us contacting maintenance regularly for the issues, nothing was resolved. We moved in March of 2020. Kayressa helped us with the moving in process. We were fortunate enough to be able to purchase a home so we broke our lease a little early as a result. The staff at The Carriages were great, from Kayressa at the beginning, service requests were responded to promptly, and anytime we had to contact the office, everyone we spoke with were courteous and professional. The staff has been very helpful. This is the first time I’ve lived in apartment after 20 years and I have to say the transition was pretty smooth. Just make sure you track your packages as the carriers can get a little confused on whether or not to use parcel pending lockers or drop it off at your front door. The units are gorgeous though.

I actually think this a wonderfully managed property. The management staff absolutely cares about trying to resolve issues. The staff are long time employees, therefore have more of an interest in the community than most properties in my opinion. Granted this last year I have had a few issues that I never had to deal with before, such as smokers too close to my apartment and one loud party of a new neighbor. this place has nice looking apartments but don't be fooled. thin walls, and ghetto neighbors who you will hear at all hours. my car was stolen from the parking lot there. management is very poor and they raise the rent by a lot each time you renew your lease.

The WORST apartment I've ever lived in. There's hidden fees, the "management team" is uncooperative and uninformed. They will charge you for damages that you didn't cause. Windows need to be replaced and the walls are paper thin. The apartments are infested with spiders, ants, and cockroaches. Do NOT move in to this apartment complex.
