I am loving Spring Lake apartments! From the staff to the scenery. This is my second Ventron property and I’ve loved both experiences. I would 10/10 recommend this location. The staff is very helpful I appreciate Glynis and her great communication!

Our tour guide ,Mr.Andrew, was very cool and friendly. The whole process went very smooth because of their help, 100% recommend Andrew to assist you. He handled things very professionally and well while dealing with us.
Firstly, I had to reschedule my tour twice due to traffic and other tours running late, and Glynis was incredibly gracious in accommodating these changes. Upon arriving at the property, I found her to be caring and attentive in helping me explore my options. Was assisted by Andrew with my lease, smooth process in and out within like a hour or 2, was showed around the property with great respect and care, units are clean. Maybe a better time and place could have be chosen for management to take care of personal disputes, but otherwise it was a great experience, and I’m looking forward to moving in!
