Lived in springlake for 11 yrs.never late with rent or caused problems but lease was not renewed cause the needed my apartment. They were raising the rents three hundred dollars. Honestly, they should be ashamed of themselves. I'm a disabled war veteran. And carlos in front office is it's truly a vindictive man. Not a bad property to live in. But the management is awful.be aware
