The Spring Lake Apartment are the best apartments ever. So cozy, so clean, and very nice neighbors. Carlos is doing a great job by responding immediately and makes you feel important. Great place to live!
Spring Lake Apartments is a fantastic place to live! I’m very glad we found it. The units are very nice, the staff is excellent and quick with repairs, the grounds are clean, and there’s lots of wildlife around the lake.
The worst living conditions I have ever experienced! Rats, roaches & sewage water in the tub & toilet EVERY week. The property manager is a deplorable person, cursed at my mother & flat out refuses to call professional, licensed contractors/plumbers etc. instead he has his “maintenance” people snake the toilet every week, they speak little to no English & cannot communicate unless you are bilingual.. washers don’t work 50% of the time every time I attempt to wash my clothes.
