Josh is extremely responsive and was able to fit in our inspection in very quickly. He arrived early to the inspection and was extremely thorough in the inspection, follow-up and report. He communicated efficiently and consistently. And he treated us like his only client even though it’s obvious he was very busy. I highly recommend JMark Inspections!
the JMark Inspections team was exceptional. They were able to book a commercial real estate inspection appointment in Spring the day after I called. We just bought a second home in Spring TX so that our daughter and grand-daughter could live closer to us. Our real estate agent recommended that we get hire a licensed home inspector for the residential real estate inspection and our neighbor recommended JMark Inspections.
