This is actually a ZERO star review....unfortunately the lowest rating you can give a facility is one star. Sadly, that is being way to generous for this nightmare of a facility. My fiancee and her best friend decided just last week to take a trip up north, get some beach time in and a quick shopping excursion to Chicago.
