I had a Mitsubishi Zuba Heat Pump, Rheem Proterra Heat Pump Water Heater, and Renewaire ERV all installed by Spring Home. I reached out to Spring Home after a friend recommended them and specifically recommended one of their reps, Justin. My aging parents needed a new furnace and wanted to install a heat pump. About 15 years ago, they were victims of a shady high-pressure door to door sales company that disappeared as soon as the equipment was installed, so my parents were very nervous about having any company come in. We had another great experience with Spring Home. Our rental water heater broke and we decided to buy a new one instead of renting again. Spring home did an amazing work by providing information on all available options (big thank you to Justin) and installing new water heater shortly after. This is our 3rd appliance installed by Spring Home. Highly recommend.
Over a decade since our furnace was installed by Spring Home and it is still going strong. Annual service is reasonable and service techs are always on time, personable, and helpful. Most recent visit from Jamal was noteworthy as he pointed to issues we can avoid and get ahead of, and was clear, thorough and helpful to make sure we understand our system and look after it.
