Terrible Technicians.
Really appreciated Justin's very detailed guidance as we replaced our aging AC unit with a hybrid heat pump. He was at our side every step of the way and when the product didn't immediately meet every one of our expectation, Spring Home sent a free tech to review and tweak a few settings to address the problem. You should of course use the City of Toronto resources/connect with some of their recommended vendors too if you're considering a heat pump in your home, but we are happy with our experience with Spring Home.
