I needed a mini-split for my room, which faces the sun and gets quite hot, to supplement the cooling. While other contractors quoted me oversized units (12,000, 15,000, and 18,000 BTU), Justin correctly sized the space for a 9,000 BTU unit. I ended up getting Mitsubishi’s latest cold climate heat pump, and the pricing was very competitive. The installation was clean, and the team was friendly and professional throughout the process. We used Spring home to install a heat pump for AC in our old home that only had boiler heat. We worked with Sam who was very responsive throughout the whole process. He provided multiple options and detailed information about what we needed. We really appreciated that they used high quality Mitsubishi systems. The install was very smooth. George and his team came into our home over 20 years ago to solve a radiator heating problem left by another company.
