My husband developed Covid with pneumonia even after being vaccinated. He went to the hospital and then ended up at our local Spring Hills facility in Matawan. My husband felt that he received good care from the nurses. I was particularly worried because he was so weak from pneumonia that he fell off our bed! My mother resided there for almost seven years. I was very happy with the care she received when she was in the assisted living area. She was included in all the activities and the staff was very nice and respectful. Her nursing care was also wonderful. She developed a relationship with the nurses where she was able to feel safe and cared for. After a few years she had to be moved to the memory care unit where she received one on one care. I have been trying to call the corp ofc for 5 weeks now. No one will return my call. When my mom was in one of their facilities, I rarely got a call back from them either. Guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Disgusting! We are entrusting our family to them.
