I moved my mother from another facility to Spring Hills Lake Mary over a month ago and couldn't be happier. What a fantastic room compared to what she had before. The price point is amazing compared to several locations nearby, and I hope they continue to be more competitive than other locations. Yesterday, my mother was admitted to the hospital for trying to exit her bed and slipping. She was in pain and, to be safe was taken to the ER for X-rays. We had the privilege of visiting the facility today. My colleague and I were pleased to observe a special resident-directed meeting to discuss what the residents wanted to eat. We have been working in long-term care for many years and have never seen such care for their residents as we saw today—to hear their desires and become part of the dining experience.
It’s been almost a year since my dad moved to Spring Hills Cottages (Memory Care). I remember how I felt while I was looking for a place for my dad back then. We knew things were changing and it was continually harder for my wife and I to give him the care he needed. As his mobility lessened our house no longer was functional for him. Visiting my brother at Springhills Lake Mary ALF. I traveled from Ohio. Very pleased with facility. Staff very pleasant and helpful. My brother receiving excellent care. Facility very clean and in good repair. I recommend this facility to families needing placement for their elderly loved ones. Mu brother is happy here. I can return to Ohio knowing he is in good hands
