I would strongly advise against renting from this company. Over our seven-year tenancy, we experienced a staggering 47.2% rent hike up to $2,495 a month, eventually walking away when they attempted to raise it to $2,995. Greedy, heartless landlords. I've been a tenant since 2006 and i made a plea to move rentals last week as there was a shooting in my driveway. Not only did they respond blaming me as a renter for having chosen this location and that they will not be renewing my lease. Wow! These people do not care about their tenants.
