The property (Mainland Pointe) seemed nice - no complaints there, but the property manager made the whole experience of applying a nightmare. She failed to respond to communication/emails (probably because she doesn't want to get caught putting anything in writing), doesn't seem to understand their own process, and overall has a rules for thee but not for me attitude. Horrible experience and waste of time driving out multiple times to jump through their hoops.
