Terrible treatment by the supposed “manager” or whoever the elder woman that sits at the front desk. Her attitude towards the patients is absolutely DISGUSTING. She hung up in my face when I spoke to her with nicely and told me she didn’t have any openings today when she did. She was giving me horrible attitude when I was speaking to her nicely and she told she didn’t care about my concern, and proceeded to tell me that my chart said I couldn’t be seen, then hung up. Dr.R.Kolli is , kind, she listens, she Hurd between the lines. She paid attention. I respect her, and I choose her to be my doctor.
Excellent! I’m new to the practice and the visit was top notch. Staff are very friendly and courteous and there was very little wait time. Dr Kolli took her time with me and was wonderful. They had my prescription sent to the pharmacy before I even left the office 😊
