I am 39 yrs old and I grew up eating at Springhill Bakery! They are the absolute best bakery ever! I love there white cake with white icing, brownies with icing, donuts, donut holes and of course there famous hot dogs! That’s my top picks, but everything is amazing! Best Cakes and Pastries around!!!
I grew up in Spring Hill but moved away 40 years ago. I have fond memories of a blackberry jam cake my grandmother used to get from there. I was traveling through WV recently and called the bakery to see if they still sold that cake. They do, but it was not the scheduled specialty cake for this week. Still, the baker made one for me anyway, and I picked it up the same day, as I passed through on my way to Ohio. It is wonderful! Today was my first visit to Spring Hill and it will not be the last! We got plain hot dogs, which one of the ladies working was kind enough to put some aside for us, peanut butter pastry, cream horns and eclairs. I have sampled the hot dogs and the peanut butter pastry. Both are very good!
the best shop ever you could even think of or dream they have everything and they have tops a line and excellent baking you could not ask for more
Ordered a birthday cake for my grandson. The cake was beautifully decorated, but it went downhill from there. The cake was VERY dry. The Bavarian Filling was almost nonexistent. For $43 I expected a much better product. I have had better cakes from SAMs and grocery store bakeries. Overall very disappointed. The only thing this cake did was make me want more Ice Cream.
For this Father’s Day and my sons birthday they came through and helped out and even helped with a little rush on the cake since I did bad timing on pick up time and making it to the movie/party. Thank you Spring Hill bakery
