I walked in looking to get a new blade for my grass edger not knowing it was down to the nub lol lol, Shawn and Rita after laughing and asking what I was edging with that quickly jumped into super ladies and replaced the old one with a new one, theses two ladies are what customer service is all about I give them 5 stars and will be a customer for life at the store forever.
This place is an avoid. They are way overpriced and like to play games. My guess is that they make a lot of money just looking at your equipment to tell you it's going to cost you more to replace it. Minimum 35 to have a look. In my case they gave me a very high quote that I agreed to only to take two weeks of my time and tell me they messed up the part numbers and now the repair costs will be way more than a new unit. I bought a 2017 Mahindra UTV (privately) and someone cut about 15 wires under the hood. Problem is many were the same color. I'm very pleased with the service we received from Spring Hill Outdoor Power Equipment. We had two mowers, a pole saw and weed eater serviced. They were punctual, responded quickly to phone calls, finished sooner than expected and were pleasant to work with. Pricing was excellent compared to a company in Brooksville we used last year. I will only use SHOPE moving forward. I highly recommend them.
