I have had a wonderful experience with my provider Kelly Odum so this review has nothing to do with my provider. I give her 5 stars! However the new company that bought out this facility is awful. The person mentioned in earlier reviews Dawn is or was extremely rude, condescending and arrogant. Patient care was not a part of her demeanor. The main reason I am giving this review at all is I learned by a very callous email this office is closing in 10 days. That is all the notice I was given. I hate making bad reviews, but I really needed to book an appointment for a physical, as I’ve recently moved back here and had some concerns with my autoimmune disorder. I’m not sure who answered the phone to talk to me, but her attitude was just awful. I am going to get my own lab work done instead of going here to make sure my levels are okay. Zero professionalism; I hope tomorrow is a better day for her. But I will not be making an appointment here any time soon 😞

My husband and I have been going here for 5 years now. He is on Medicare and we have always been able to get him an appointment for his physical within a month or two. Now it is taking over 6 months to get in. Dawn, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all. If this is how long term clients are treated, it may be time to find a new practice. We love Kelly Odum but not worth the rudeness of this woman.
