RecommendedBecause I am just moving into the community, I can only state my experiences thus far. However, I will update as time goes on. Travis (office manager) was a great help. He was very professional, accessible and helpful and went out of his way to help me through the whole process. As for a first impression I am quite pleased.

dear community there is a recycling ♻️ area a mile and a half way and its free and easy.to do. if our garbage went up , our last amenity that was free,, imagine what recycling would be ..any help needed im in the area and can help get you there its closer than big 10 party store. a clean community is a happy community. thanks all
huge problems with young kids stealing and causing problems. no one is doing anything about it
Not well managed, rent constantly increasing with no improvements to the environment, when it rains water constantly stands in the street making it difficult for some residents to get in and out of their cars, just to name a few of the problems. Of all the YES parks in Jacksonville it is the worst, and I know this review will never make it on the website, which, bu the way does does not show this park on the local map. They don’t want people to see the bad reviews.

RecommendedI just moved from this location and I loved the unit I was in. My dealings with the manager Travis were positive. He was reliable and kept his word. The units can be pricey but the amenities are great for kids. Expect the price for the units to go up yearly. They do provide great promotions when you move in or if you are looking to buy. I didn’t have any problems living there.
I filled out an application to rent a home from the Palms of archer. I did everything I was supposed to on my behalf. I turned in all my paperwork in a timely manner and I got a money order as directed for $50 to run my application. I let two weeks go by and I never heard anything back from them when I called to the office the sales gentleman explained to me that my application was never ran that he could run it today.
