Lack of respect and professionalism for residents.
i love my home here, they take care of problems promptly and keep everything clean and working properly. Jackie and James are both friendly and responsive to resident's needs. The weekend before Halloween, they had a great fall festival with face-painting, treats, games and hayrides. i was very impressed with the event. it was alot of fun and attendance was really good. Spring Hill Estates is a great place to live!!
They don't ever fix things or if they do, you have to ask several times. Also, they have told us not to park on the grass or on the road, but they dont ever say anything to the neighbors.
