Staff at front desk, and nurse that handles prescription changes...SO RUDE!! Do not bother me attitudes. Had a problem with my insurance not covering the script that Dr. prescribed, it has been three weeks now, and still no help in changing to a covered medication. I have called my Ins. co., the Pharmacist, and the NO HELP nurse at this office several times...and now they WILL NOT even return my call.
