they literally laughed at me when i told them i was homeless. i mean laughed hystyrically. they get paid by government for a job they cant do, they cant help you there bludgers that get a paycheck and dont help anyone. you can be referred to micah who will send you a list of registered addresses and they wont help cause they cant there legititimate property owners who dont know why the govsends them refereals for homeless people. there bludgers that collectb money from the gov and dont help anyone

Never been treated so disgusting in my life. Coming here will make all your symptoms worse and will make you even more suicidal. Cried and ruminated for hours after having to speak to a 'care team'. Asked for a telehealth because im physically disabled and cant come in and then said okay we are coming to you and hung up the phone immediately. Anyone attending this clinic is likely to be doing so under extremely difficult and vulnerable circumstances. I recently attended the clinic with a friend who was experiencing significant distress, and while I was grateful to be able to support her and assist with the check-in process, the initial interaction with the receptionist left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. Receptionist is absolutely the rudest receptionist I have ever come across. No empathy or care at all. I understand if people have things going on in their lives that make them stressed out and rude to others, but this is the absolute worst place to take that out on people. I am coming to this clinic due to a mental health crisis and im at my limit and someone thats supposed to help completely disregards your existence. Blonde woman at reception.

I think they are confused at this establishment (RBWH Acute Care Team). They're meant to support vulnerable people struggling with ill mental health to become mentally healthy again, not support making their mental health worse and pushing them back into acute distress and crisis. I wouldn't recommend contact with them, unless you want to go back to hospital. Maybe if you are crying in their lobby or already kicked the bucket you will be cared for here.
