I was supported by the Acute Care Team based at this centre. While I appreciated their initial contact, I felt there were major gaps in follow-up and coordination after discharge. I was told my GP could manage my psychiatric medications, but when I saw the GP, she said she couldn’t. This left me without ongoing support or a referral to a psychiatrist, and I felt stuck and unsure who was responsible for my care. Was ghosted by my therapist and then ignored multiple times when I went to contact to continue treatment, thanks guys you're the reason I started cutting again
