Very peaceful place, clean apartment, friendly stuff and close to downtown.
Just going to be honest here. Your experience may vary. Pros: - Good Community - Great Leasing Agents.. FANTASTIC. - Maintenance gets done relatively quickly - Good for small dogs from what I can tell - Great views - Has a hot tub - Flooring isn't too bad. Doesn't look like it was done by amateurs - Electric system is well done. Routing of cables are reliable and voltage comes out clean. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Our experience at Chateau Spring Hill Apartments was overwhelmingly disappointing. We moved in March 2024, and within just two weeks, our kitchen sink began overflowing with sewage water, causing flooding. This led to multiple maintenance visits, two holes in our walls, and contaminated water soaking into the carpet, which required professional cleaning. The problems didn’t stop there. First off, I wanted to start off by saying everyone from management to maintenance staff were always so nice, approachable and professional. I lived here so comfortable for over a year. All neighbors were so respectful about noise control and area is very calm. I highly recommend leasing here. Thank you everyone!
Great stay so far. I've been living here for about 3 months. No major issues. The staff is really cool and very neighborly, the view from my place is awesome. I definitely enjoy the gym and the pool. Living here, you will not be disappointed
