I've been living here since 11/2018. It was not the best at first due to running through property managers, and maintenance men. It was even times there was nobody in the office at all! I will say that the best landlords have been Amanda and our current landlord Jessica! She's very understanding, nice, respectful, and responsive! I appreciate the fact that it's affordable BUT they really need to update it! Especially the appliances! Surrounding apartments are getting updated and I feel it's definitely needed! Great place to live, super quiet and tranquil. The apartments are great size. Property Manager J. Unsworth is so nice and helpful. She assists with anything you need, has great recommendations and helped us through out the whole process of moving and after. We’ve been here for 6 months and it has been a great so far. Would be a 5 if the apartments were a little more updated but that’s personal preference. Everything else is great. Price point is also fair comparing it to others around. I applied for a unit and was denied because of credit. I could have accepted that and I had a co-signer available and was told they would have to make 6 times the rent amount. I don’t know anyone who makes that much, my co-signer made 4 times the rent and apparently it’s not good enough. If you do not have good credit I advise you to save your money and not apply unless your co-signed makes $7362 per month at minimum
