Nicole was amazing today. She was very thorough and gentle Joni at the front desk was swamped, but she still handled everyone with professionalism and care. Doctor was very honest and professional as well- she is super sweet! Cant wait to bring my kids in!
I have been going to Spring grove Dental for years. Brian Rybicki has a conservative approach. I am going through an implant process that I was so stressed about but he made me feel at ease and I experienced no pain with my tooth extraction or my post implant.
I had trouble with one of the crowns he did because it was catching on the inside of my cheek. He actually accused me of biting my cheek on purpose! Why would someone do that?? He chipped one of my front teeth. It was obvious that it was deliberate. He was upset about the trouble I was having with the crown and he didn't want to be bothered with it. Beautiful cosmetic work! Dr. Rybicki gave me back my smile with two natural-looking front teeth (one crown one veneer) in only one visit. His offices are lovely, bright and uplifting, his staff is professional and friendly, and Dr. R is an artist with a terrific confidence and "bedside manner" that helped make the process painless and stress-free.
Dr. Rybicki and his staff are so courteous. My husband and I have been going there for 18years. He is very knowledgeable.
