This company is the absolute worse pest control we have ever hired. They charge you for services they do not complete. They do not show for service calls. They do not return calls or get back to their clients and they do NOTA CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS WHATSOEVER. They have made our pest issue worse with their negligence. The only person who seems to care is Sean about his team is a nightmare. Do NOT use them. They are awful
I just have to shout out my praises to Ilona and Corey for helping me today. I wanted to sign up for this upcoming season's lawncare service. They were so helpful and kind. They worked with me to make it fit within my current budget. I've been approached by other lawncare services to try and obtain my business, but I could tell I was just a number to them. Had been customer for over 25 yrs. Canceled service after this year. Service has deteriorated. No contact with techs. Too many weeds in lawn. Burnt areas from “spills” in lawn. Techs don’t come when suppose to & when they do leave gates open. Used to be a reputable company. Sad to see what it’s come to.
