Awful customer service. Called and got overseas customer service. Got transferred multiple times and kept going to voicemail. Finally got a call back from a really rude lady who kept raising her voice at me when I was just asking simple basic questions. Very high priced. Very rude. Terrible experience.
The experience was the worst of the worst. Had a appointment, came out and couldn't find the problem, said he would be back the following day never called and never showed up. I call and was told he didnt say that. Made another appointment never showed up, I called and was told they weren't coming back, the lady on the phone was also very rude.

I called and they said they weren't coming back.i texted the owner he never replied. I'm still waiting for the owner to call me. TRAVIS IS THE OWNER The lady I was talking too on the phone was also very rude.
Truly the best lawn/landscaping company I have ever worked with. Professional is an understatement. My lawn needed help and they came to the rescue. Can’t thank them enough for turning my outdoor living space into the best part of my home.
