Tech Joshua contacted me on two different days to let me know when he expected to arrive, in case I wanted to have an in person consult. He also inquired about any specific concerns that I may have for him to address. Following the service application he spoke with my wife, (I was unable to be home) and explained what he was going to do to follow up on an issue we have with our yard and left her with the written service information about what he did.
