I have used Spring-Green for a few years. I was always pleased with the service. Recently, I had an issue where I had paid my bill via online banking but Spring-Green's records showed I had not. When I called to figure out what the problem was, I was spoken to so rudely by the owner that I was appalled! In the end, the problem wasn't his or mine, but the bank. Had this man talked to me respectfully and professionally, I would still be using Spring-Green. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!
