I am a picky customer, but a practical one too, realizing the drought conditions last year in IL. After trying several other lawn care companies, Spring Green ended up being the most consistent. Between fertilization/weed control, aeration, and sprinkler shutoff service, I’ve been very happy with them for the first year. All issues were handled promptly when I called, and my grass has been stable and green for the first time in years. (Photo was from the late Spring)
Had them for a couple years without incident. This year however I had to change providers, they kept switching my technician and one spread all the chemical unevenly burning spots all over my lawn during the drought. I called several times and never had the branch manager call back, a regional manager called me and said she would call me back and never did so I had to cancel. I had 3 accounts and did not have a problem with the Lagrange office just this one. Went downhill and not sure why.
Expert irrigation system opening today from Arturo. He was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this company.
