The neighbor FINALLY got rid of the leaves from their Gigantic tree that was messing with all their neighbors. I was watching them from both the street and the alley. Since I didn't know that Leroy had serviced until after he was gone for at least ten minutes, it's difficult to actually rate his work. Based on my experience this year I have every reason to believe he did an excellent job, even while navigating around the lawn service that was nextdoor.

Phil was very conscientious of the property and the attention to detail was excellent, even locking the gate properly with little dogs..... Very happy.
