Mary (tech) did a wonderful job. She took her time & explain her process. She patiently listen to my need. I was very satisfied with her work & surprise with her friendly attitude.

I bought a Groupon for services from this company. I called in mid-April a midst decent rain fall and requested that if they could not aerate and overseed right away that I would prefer that they do it in the fall instead. They did it in mid-May during one of the worst droughts that we have had in a long time. In trying to reconcile, the owner was unwilling to work with me in any way that I saw fit. This company is not ethical. They send information regarding their services, tell you about all the discounts (neighborhood, new customer, etc.) and then tell you it's going to cost almost twice as much as they originally quoted... after you pay for it. When we asked them about it, they accused us of trying to rip them off by saying we should have known it was not an accurate quote because the price they quoted us was too low?!
