Had our lawn aerated / seeded today. The technician (Alex Ogut) did an excellent job making sure that everything was covered. Also spent time with me explaining everything that was done along with follow up steps. Thanks Alex!
Signed up with Spring Green earlier this year. Followed everything they told me to do, and the lawn is looking better than it did. I think I was expecting that they would be better at communicating- for example they identified items to help the front yard but then they never followed through on a quote after I requested one. It seems like they have too many clients and not enough team members to give an A+ experience.
This is a very professional Company that stands behind their service. Communication is excellent, results are excellent. 3 years ago they started with a poor Lawn, I now have one of the best looking lawns. Always trying to Improve the appearance and service. Highly recommend!!
On 5/30 technician CHRIS S did the BEST service we have ever received. He deserves an “ATTABOY”! He went over & beyond by blowing the stray granules off the driveway into the grass. We actually had the SC rep for BAD BOY MOWERS in the yard servicing our mower & he commented “I’ve never seen a lawn care service so thorough.” We told him to spread the word because SPRING GREEN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR YARD LOOKING SO GOOD AND WEED FREE.
