Ethan who serviced my house not only called before the visit to make sure my dogs we're not outside, he explainr the purpose and goals for the treatment. He then rang my bell when he arrived just to make sure everything was good to go. Exceptional experience working with Ethan.
Johnny came yesterday and took good care of our lawn, even blowing leaves away. He checked with me at the front door when he arrived, told me what he was doing and left after going over our whole space(almost 3/4 acre) We appreciate that he shows up when he says and always lets us know why he is here.
