Very poor customer support. Never had any issues with this company until I tried to cancel my subscription. No connection issues whatsoever and the two ladies on the line wanted to play the whole "ooops I can't hear you haha we're breaking up sir haha" I hope whoever is the manager over there has the call recorded. This company Charged us twice for one trip. When asked, the woman confirmed the mistake, but instead of offering to fix the billing issue or offer refund on over charges, she said “leave a bad review do what u gotta do” horrible customer service and theft . Obviously cancelled service, took the loss. We recommend this lawn service to no one!

This is only my second year of using a lawn service company. So far, my experience with Spring Green is much improved over the previous service. Spring Green provides excellent customer service, along with knowledgable and well trained techs. It's refreshing to see employees that engage with customers and speak well of their company.
Just signed up with Spring Green and had the pleasure of speaking with Jasmine. She was so friendly and professional, she answered all my questions. Jasmine was one of the reasons I left my current company and signed up with Spring Green. Looking forward to seeing a green weed free full lawn .
